Users have full ownership of their comments:

At FRISPEECH, users have full ownership of their comments, meaning only they can edit or permanently remove them. This can be done directly through their FRISPEECH account.

Unless a user chooses to delete their comments, they will remain available as long as their FRISPEECH account is active. If a user deletes their account, all associated comments are permanently erased. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Flagging reviews

Freedom of speech also has its limits. Our guidelines are not created by us. They are based on international and local law, which we are required to follow. However, FRISPEECH remains completely independent and is not influenced by any political or ideological agenda. Because FRISPEECH does not actively monitor the behavior of website users or the content they add, it relies on notifications from third parties. Undeniable unlawful content exists only when it is clear from the content itself and/or from further information provided to FRISPEECH that no doubt remains regarding its illegality.

Have you noticed something that violates the rules? As part of a community committed to maintaining trust and integrity, you can easily report problematic reviews to us. Our Content Integrity Team reviews each flagged comment, and if it violates these legal guidelines, they take appropriate action.

Accounts that misuse the flagging system to censor opinions or disrupt discussions may face restrictions or suspension. FRISPEECH is committed to maintaining an open and fair platform while preventing abuse of reporting features.

Reasons for Reporting a Review

Complaints regarding negative reviews or other content will not be addressed unless it is clear that the content is unlawful.

FRISPEECH will not take action based on mere suspicion of unlawfulness. Appropriate measures will only be taken if it is clearly evident that the content is unlawful.

How to Flag a Comment

Click the flag button located on the right side of the comment. Provide the following information: A clear explanation of why the content is unlawful, along with evidence to support your claim.

If FRISPEECH is unable to determine the unlawfulness of the content, the request will be rejected.
